Bloom Boost Granola
INGREDIENTS (Serves 2-3 people)
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup Bloom Boost
- 1/4 cup olive oil (or avocado oil)
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (or adjust to sweetness preference)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds or other chopped nuts
- 1/4 cup dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, or your choice, optional)
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, coconut flakes, Bloom Boost, sea salt, and cinnamon.
- n a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until everything is evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture out onto the prepared baking sheet in an even layer.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then stir the granola to ensure even baking. Continue to bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp.
- Remove from the oven and allow it to cool completely on the baking sheet.
- Once cooled, mix in your choice of dried fruit, pumpkin seeds, and/or nuts for added texture and flavor.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks. Enjoy this granola as a topping for yogurt, in smoothies, or just as a tasty snack!
