Bloom Boost Granola

 

INGREDIENTS (Serves 2-3 people)

     

    • 2 cups rolled oats
    • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
    • 1/2 cup Bloom Boost
    • 1/4 cup olive oil (or avocado oil)
    • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (or adjust to sweetness preference)
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
    • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 
    • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds 
    • 1/4 cup sliced almonds or other chopped nuts 
    • 1/4 cup dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, or your choice, optional)

     

    DIRECTIONS

     

    1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
    2. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, coconut flakes, Bloom Boost, sea salt, and cinnamon.
    3. n a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
    4. Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until everything is evenly coated.
    5. Spread the mixture out onto the prepared baking sheet in an even layer.
    6. Bake for 15 minutes, then stir the granola to ensure even baking. Continue to bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp.
    7. Remove from the oven and allow it to cool completely on the baking sheet.
    8. Once cooled, mix in your choice of dried fruit, pumpkin seeds, and/or nuts for added texture and flavor.
    9. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks. Enjoy this granola as a topping for yogurt, in smoothies, or just as a tasty snack!
